Together with the team we brainstormed on how to improve the brand, asked lot of "Why's" and created storyline. In this phase I performed a qualitative research with focus groups and organized one-on-one interviews

Worked on concepts and ideation activites with the team members
Designed wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes in Figma
- Conducted moderated usability testing with the target group, implemented the changes into CMS
